Delete or disconnect Facebook and Instagram data
- Remove Firefun from the connected apps or business integrations area of your Facebook or Instagram account if you want to revoke future access immediately. When Meta sends Firefun a verified deletion request, the connected access token and Meta account identifier are removed automatically and Meta receives a confirmation-status link.
- Email privacy@firefun.app with the subject “Meta data deletion request”.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your Firefun account and identify the connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account. Do not send your password or access token.
Delete your Firefun account
- Email privacy@firefun.app with the subject “Firefun account deletion request”.
- Use the email address registered to the account. If that is unavailable, explain why and provide enough non-sensitive information for us to verify ownership safely.
- We will acknowledge the request, complete any necessary verification, and normally process it within 30 days.
What deletion covers
A verified request removes or de-identifies the account profile, connected-service tokens and identifiers held by Firefun, saved preferences, and other personal data that is not required for an ongoing lawful purpose.
We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, moderation, dispute, tax, accounting, or legal-compliance records for the period required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users. Public event or place information may remain where it belongs to an organizer or public listing rather than to the requesting account; personal attribution will be removed where appropriate. Backup copies expire through normal rotation.
